Types of Coaching offered to best suit your child
Individual Coaching...
Children don't always feel comfortable talking about their feelings in front of their parents.
One on one with just the child and the coach allows them to express themselves freely.
With this type of coaching your child will be encouraged to explore feelings through pictures, drawings, a personal journal or verbally
Family Coaching

Involves sessions with the parent/s or caregiver

Is an opportunity for everyone to express themselves together

Helps children relax and feel comfortable and secure
Group Coaching

Gives a chance to share stories with other kids whose parents are also divorced

Helps children learn they are not alone
